We are waiting for the signature of CM KCR: Govt employees

Hyderabad: The government employees, who are working in Andhra Pradesh state for the last six years even after its formation, today said that they were waiting for the signature of the CM on the file pertaining to them with eager eyes.

The employees have organized a meeting at the Somajiguda press club along with their counterparts, who are working in the state although they hail from Andhra Pradesh. The meeting was attended by BC welfare association national president R. Krishnaiah took part in the meeting.

Speaking on the occasion, they urged the Chief Minister to take steps for their transfer from AP to the state. They said that a total of 120 employees, who are working in AP, were waiting for their transfer to the state. They also said that 1200 employees belonging to the AP and working in the state, were also waiting for their transfer from the state.

They alleged that the CM had promised to solve their problems several times but did not fulfill it.

Krishnaiah said that the problems of the employees of Jharkhand, Chattisgarh, and Uttarakhand were solved within six months of their formation and added that the problems were not being solved in the state even after six months of its formation.

He said that the chief ministers of the two Telugu speaking states should sit together and solve the problems of the employees.
