“We stirred a political standoff and the country will see the change,” Tejashwi Yadav

Close on the heels of State Minister K.T.Rama Rao of Talangana Rashtra Samithi, a ruling party of Telangana State, the Rashtriya Janata Dal leader and Deputy Chief Minister of Bihar Tejashwi Yadav too termed the BJP as mere jumla party and said, “Contrary to the promise of providing 19 lakh jobs, the BJP fails even to provide a least number of 19 jobs in Bihar.”

While talking to a local media channel, he said, the saffron party had promised to generate two crore employment and boastfully assured to take the country’s economy beyond the mark of 5 trillion dollars’ besides introducing bullet trains in the country by the year 2022. Where have all these promises gone? “The party even announced to grant special status and a package to the state of Bihar. All these rhetoric have now turned into mere jumlas and litany of lies,” he lamented.

“The only agenda the saffron party follows most of the time is divide the people on religious lines,” he said adding that “The BJP leaders always talk about Hindu-Muslims sans any pragmatic approach to address diminishing employment graph and the trumbling economy. They never ever talk out their own approach to these issues.”

Claiming that only his government under the leadership of Nitish Kumar has the will to fulfill the promises made to the people, Tejashwi said, “the whole BJP’s game has turned upside down. Let’s enjoy the moment and wait for some time to witness the moves his government will take to bring change in the state.”

“Apart from stirring a political standoff in the state, the RJD leader said, we even awakened the media from slumber that is now able to talk sincerely on issues. “This is what we are trying to say repeatedly all these years. Debates should be done to address problems faced by the people and not on religious issues to divide people on religious lines like the BJP is doing every day in and day out. If the whole country is talking about most concerning issues like employment today, then the credit must go to our party and our leader Nitish Kumar who brought this change into motion,” argued Tejashwi.

Reiterating that his government will anyhow fulfill the promise of employment made to the young people of Bihar, the newly appointed Deputy Chief Minister of Bihar Tejashwi Yadav said, “There would be no second though in it as our primary aim is to address the employment issue faced severely by the youth in the state.”
