Hyderabad: Advocate Rapolu Bhaskar has filed a petition before the Telangana State Human Rights Commission urging it to take action against agents, who were involved in women trafficking.
In his petition, Rapolu Bhaskar alleged that the greedy agents were taking the women belonging to the two Telugu speaking States to countries like Kuwait and various Arab countries by making false promises. He also alleged that the agents were trafficking the women by promising them lucrative jobs. He claimed that some 200 women from Andhra Pradesh were now stuck in the Arab countries. He also said women from Karimnagar, Hyderabad, Mahbubnagar, and Adilabad districts were also languishing in the Middle Eastern countries.
