The Israeli Foreign Ministry said in a proclamation that the nation has given a movement cautioning and Israeli guests to Ukraine are encouraged to leave Kiev. Joe Biden Warns Americans In Ukraine To Leave
President Joe Biden gave an admonition Thursday to any Americans who stay in Ukraine as Russia keeps on compromising an intrusion: Leave.
“American residents should leave now,” Biden said in a meeting with NBC News anchor Lester Holt. “Dislike we’re managing a terrorist association. We’re managing probably the biggest armed force on the planet. It’s a totally different circumstance, and things could go off the deep end rapidly,” he said.

The state department also issued an advisory that they would not be able to evacuate any American citizens in case of a Russian attack in Ukraine. Biden further assured that they have made Russia known that Americans will be a line that they can’t cross under any circumstance.
