Hyderabad: All India Senior Citizens Confederation (AISCCON) will be holding it’s annual conference at Classic Garden near Balamrai, Secunderabad, on November 29 and 30. About 2000 delegates from all over the country are expected to participate in it. Contingents from Nepal and Sri Lanka are also attending it.
A press release today said that RN Mital, chairman and Inder Mohan Bhalla, co-Chairman of the Organiing Committee, said that the theme of this year’s conference is Social Security of Senior Citizens. There will be sessions on social security, status of the elderly in Telangana, Role of Local bodies, Scenario in Asian countries, Lifelong learning, seniors’ health, etc. Lifretime achievements awards will be presented to three top dignitaries of Hyderabad, and 100 years old senior xcitizens will be honoured.
