Hyderabad: BJP national president Amit Shah today telephoned State BJP president Dr K Laxman and congratulated him for successful conduct of Jana Chaitanya yatra.
Laxman also informed Laxman that he would participate in Jana Chaitanya yatra on July 13 and he is likely to visit Telangana on that day. The BJP national president was scheduled to visit the State on June 22. But the visit was postponed due to unavoidable circumstances. The state BJP leaders, who had called on Shah in New Delhi, had requested him to visit the State before commencement of the yatra. But due to his busy schedule in party activities, Shah could not make it and now he is likely to visit the State on July 13. (NSS)
