Hyderabad: BJP national president Amit Shah, who arrived for a day’s visit to the city, gave some guidelines to state party leaders for strengthening the party at grass root level in view of general elections next year.
Shah also discussed on the prevailing political situation in Telangana state with BJP, RSS,VHP and Bajarangdal leaders. He reported to have expressed dissatisfaction at failure in establishing coordination with these four organisations.
After arriving from Patna, Shah went to BJP state office and held a meeting with election management committee and Core committee. After a meeting with party leaders, Shah would give direction for getting ready for 2019 elections.
Earlier , Shah was given a warm welcome at Begumpet airport when he arrived from Patna. Telangana BJP president Dr K Laxman, former union minister Bandaru Dattatreya, party national general secretary Murlidhar Rao, party floor leader G Kishan Reddy, MLC N Ramachander Rao and other leaders welcomed him.(NSS)
