Hyderabad: Arguments were completed in the case of Sri Peetam pontiff Swamy Paripoornananda in the High Court today with regard to his externment from Hyderabad city for six months. On Tuesday, Additional Advocate General Ramachandrarao submitted the original documents of externment orders against Swamy Paripoornananda.
It may be mentioned here that the High Court, on Monday, directed the State government to submit the records in regard to Swamy Paripoornananda’s externment. Swamy Paripoornananda approached the Court challenging his externment from Hyderabad City. Earlier this month, Telangana DGP M Mahender Reddy issued orders on the externment of Swamy Paripoornananda for six months from Hyderabad city.
Cyberabad and Rachakonda Commissionerates too issued the same order after two days when they came to know that Paripoornananda was contemplating to stay in Cyberabad and Rachakonda Commissionerates limits. (NSS)
