Health and Finance Minister T Harish Rao assuring to address their problems and agreed to the demands junior doctors cancelled the proposed strike from Friday.
The minister held talks with them and conceded to their demands. Harish Rao also promised to resolve any other issues of the junior doctors.
The Junior doctors opposed the decision to offer reservations for government doctors in medical and diploma seats. The junior doctors asked the minister not to provide reservations to government doctors.

The minister offered to agree to their demands and appealed to withdraw the strike. They announced to withdraw stir as talks held with the minister were successful.
The Minister assured of resolving our issues, the junior doctors said.
The junior doctors working in teaching and other government hospitals decided to go on strike demanding the government to address the issues.
Now they cancelled the stir plan with Harish Rao promising to address their demands.
