Bar Council’s Request to CJ; coronavirus precautions

Hyderabad: The chairman of Bar Council of Telangana, A Narasimha Reddy,  today requested the Chief Justice of State High Court to direct the concerned to issue a circular to all the unit heads in the State to post only urgent matters till the situation arising of Coronavirus comes under control.

In a letter to the Chief Justice,  the Bar council chief said they are concerned, like the rest of organizations, with the unprecedented global changes that are being faced due to coronavirus (COVID-19). During the time of uncertainty, the health and safety of the Bar and clients is our highest priority.  ‘As such on behalf of the Bar Council of Telangana, I would like to request the Chief Justice for certain directions to ensure that the Advocates and clientele minimize risks”, he added.
