Agriculture Minister S Niranjan Reddy today stated that agro-based industries have a better future.
He started a workshop and training camp of 43 days on Agri clinic, Agribusiness, Agro-based industries by Agros, Manage at Muchchintal near Shamshabad here.
Speaking on the occasion the Minister hoped that Agro-based industries will flourish in the future given continuous support. He said that lakhs of workers lost employment as the industries closed in the combined state.
Now that situation has gone and we promote industries and businesses of the world-class to invest and provide employment on a large scale, the minister said. The Chief Minister has been developing several sectors as planned.

Agro industries should help the farmers and workers by offering quality seeds, fertilizers. We provide better facilities in villages and support farmers to develop the agro-industries as well.
A plan of action is to promote agro-based industries to develop in the state. Most of the industries came to Telangana after statehood, he said.
The government offers hassle-free permissions and all facilities and supports them to develop, he claimed.
About 15 lakhs of people get direct and indirect employment through these agro-based industries, the Minister said.
