Hyderabad : BJP senior leader G Kishan Reddy today exuded confidence that his party would emerge victorious in the ensuing elections in Telangana State like in Assam and Tripura States. Speaking to the media here today, Kishan Reddy said the BJP would wrest power in Telangana like it had done in Assam and Tripura States. Stating that the BJP doesn’t want to support Telangana betrayers and opportunists in the elections, he said his party has decided to contest all seats on its own. He appealed to the people to give a fitting lesson to the TRS, which encouraged and gave seats to Telangana betrayers and ignored Telangana martyrs.
Kishan Reddy claimed that the BJP sincerely fought for Telangana State from “ Galli to Delhi” and raised issue from “ Panchayat to Parliament”. It always supported the movement, the BJP leader asserted and assured that the party would sincerely move towards development of Telangana as it had committed for Telangana State. Stating that the BJP alone could bring changes in Telangana, Kishan Reddy said his party would expose failures of the Congress and TRS governments during election campaigning. (NSS)
