In the Borabanda neighborhood of Hyderabad, a 20-year-old bakery worker died after falling from the terrace of a four-story building. Mohammed Shoaib, the young man, was on a covert date with his fiancée, having a pizza on the terrace when the sad incident occurred in the early hours of Monday.
According to the authorities, Shoaib went to his girlfriend’s house to meet her. They were on the terrace when they heard footsteps that they thought belonged to the girl’s father. Shoaib moved to a corner of the terrace, clinging onto some cables, to avoid him. He stumbled and fell off the terrace, which was tragic.
Shoaib was rushed to Osmania General Hospital, but despite efforts to resuscitate him, he died about 5:30 a.m. The Borabanda police department has launched an investigation to ascertain if Shoaib’s fall was unintentional or purposeful.
