Celebrities React To Hijab Row In Karnataka; Bella Hadid Added To The List

With the ongoing chaos and violence regarding the Hijab row in India, a few famous people have been placing out their viewpoint via online media. The most recent big name to get down on the issue is American model Bella Hadid. Taking to Instagram on Thursday, she condemned the segregation looked at by Muslim ladies in India and a few different nations.

Bella Hadid Stands With Women Who Want To Wear Hijab

Sharing pieces of worldwide news features on fights on Hijab boycott, the 25-year-old Muslim model stated, “In different types of discrimination: I encourage France, India , Quebec, Belgium, and some other nations on the planet who are unfair against Muslim ladies, to reexamine what choices you have made or are attempting to make in the future with regards to a body that isn’t yours.”

She added, “It’s not your job to tell women what they should or shouldn’t wear, especially when it is pertaining to faith and safety.

“You cannot tell women know whether or not they can STUDY or PLAY SPORTS, ESPECIALLY when it is relating to their faith and safety. Hijabi ladies in France are not permitted to wear their Hijab to school, to play sports, to swim, even on their ID pictures. You can’t be a common specialist or work in hospitals with a Hijab. To get a temporary position, most colleges will say, the best way to get one is to remove the hijab. It’s absurd and truly shows how Islamophobic the world is without recognizing it. Concerning these new Bills that are either during the time spent being elapsed , or have as of now,” she said.

Bella Hadid closed saying, “It needs to stop.”

Sonam Kapoor Reacts To Hijab Row 

Her post was preferred by Bollywood entertainer Sonam Kapoor, who too scrutinized the continuous separation in Karnataka and different states. Taking to Instagram, Sonam Kapoor shared an image of a man in a turban and a lady in a hijab, and it questions for what reason would a turban be able to be a decision yet a hijab can’t.

The entire debate emitted after the Karnataka government on February 5 gave a request commanding a clothing regulation in all schools and universities, with a restriction on garments that “upset balance, honesty and public lawfulness”.

In the interim, the Karnataka high court in its structure last Thursday said that no strict clothing will be permitted until a last decision is articulated for the situation.
