As per the reports, the Central government informed that the price policy of the Covid 19 vaccines will not impact the ultimate beneficiaries as many states have already declared that they will be providing vaccines free of cost.

They had urged the Supreme Court against any judicial interference on the same. They said that even though the judicial intervention would be well-meaning, it may lead to unforeseen and unintended consequences especially in the absence of expert or administrative experience. This would leave little to no room for the doctors, scientists, and other experts to find innovative solutions as they proceed further.
