Hyderabad: TD national president and former chief minister N Chandrababu Naidu today expressed shock at the demise of Congress leader and former Union minister S Jaipal Reddy. TD general secretary and former minister Nara Lokesh also condoled the death of the former minister, who breathed his last at a hospital in the city on Sunday early hours.
In a release, the TD chief said Jaipal Reddy played a key role at national level. His death was a colossal loss to political circles in two Telugu States of AP and Telanana. He prayed god that Jaipal soul rest in peace.
BJP leader and former Union minister Bandaru Dattatraya and State party chief Dr K Lakshman condoled the death of Jaipal Reddy. They conveyed sympathies to the bereaved family members. TDP leader L Ramana said Jaipal Reddy was a noted politician, who left an indelible mark at national level.
