Hyderabad: Panchayat Raj Minister Errabelli Dayakar Rao today condemened the comments of TD president and Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu that both KCR and himself worked under him the TD regime. He ridiculed Naidu’s comments as base as they were senior in the TDP. Naidu is resorting to make false charges that TRS supremo K Chandrasekhar Rao has worked under him in the TD regime.
Talking to reporters in Warangal Dayakar Rao said that he himself and KCR were in the TD before Chandrababu joined it from the Congress party. The minister said that Chandrababu was junior to them in the TDP as they joined it during NTR regime before he did so. Dayakar Rao said that both KCR and himself were very active in the TD and after Chandrababu’s entry the party suffered a lot. Chandrababu did group politics and suppressed us in the party he charged. The TD chief has worked against our statehood and the people of Telangana taught him a lesson. He also said that the AP people will defeat the TDP in the upcoming polls as he opposed our statehood.
In the LS Polls the TRS will win 16 MP seats and will play a key role in the Centre. The BJP and the Congress will lose the poll battle and an alternative alliance of the regional parties will come to power he said. In that the TRS chief will play a key role Dayakar said. (NSS)
