Agriculture Minister S Niranjan Reddy today instructed the officials of the agriculture department to complete crop booking in a perfect manner through field visits.
The minister instructed them to guide the farming community on crops this season. He informed that the AEOs and others should make field-level visits and instruct the farmers on the farming activities.
As instructed by chief minister K Chandrasekhar Rao the field level works have to start in June second week and complete by August end and finally by Sept first week he said.

For every 5000 acres, an AEO will work and coordinate with others to help about 1000 to 1200 farmers. The minister said that based on the last Yasangi crops like paddy, cotton, and others this time the farm officials will take up farming activities as planned. AEOs should record the details of the crops to be sown and details without fail the minister said.
The minister said that the AEOs have ample time to Sept the first week complete their tasks of quality seeds and fertilizers. Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao is very keen to push agriculture for making benefits through more crops and yield. Redgram, green gram, or other crops have to be sown as planned to get benefits he said.
