Cong-TD alliance awkward: KCR

Hyderabad: Caretaker Chief Minister and TRS Supremo, K Chandrasekhar Rao today hated at the possible alliance of the two rival parties such as the Congress and the Telugu Desam and termed it awkward and BJP will not retain the seats. He sought to know as to how the Congress will forge an alliance with TD Chief and AP CM N Chandrababu Naidu who used to hatch conspiracies against Telangana.

At a packed media conference at TRS Bhavan here along with Keshava Rao and others, KCR ridiculed the Congress and TDP for forging alliance as typical and piquant situation. Telangana should not become slave by voting to Andhra parties he said. KCR appealed to abstain from voting to the congress and keep away from slavery to Delhi bosses. Ours is not a federal front and not that which stirs the wheel he said and said to retain power without any problem. The people should vote for the ruling party for continuing the progress and development of the region. Ours is secular front and will make a difference at national level and BJP will not retain the existing seats. Even if the all opposition parties join hands the TRS will win more than 100 seats by winning 60 per cent of votes in 82 segments and 50 per cent votes in 100 seats in the state. The Congress cannot dare to say to win 20 MP seats in each state he said. (NSS)
