The Congress has assembled a conference of the party general secretaries and state in-charges on Tuesday to talk about the issue of participation drive and proposed ‘Chintan Shivir’ on the poll debacle in five states.

Sonia Gandhi on April 5 while tending to the parliamentary party had said that the recovery of the party was fundamental for a majority rules system and the aftereffects of decisions were “stunning” and “agonizing”.
