Hyderabad: The congress party leaders from the state on Monday burnt the effigy of BJP Leader Subramanian Swamy for making objectionable remarks against their party leader Rahul Gandhi. They raised slogans against Swami for making the derogatory remarks against Rahul. Senior party leaders like Dasoju Shravan, Anil Kumar Yadav and Mallu Ravi took part in the program.
Speaking on the occasion Shravan said that they would lodge a criminal complaint against Subramanian Swamy for his objectionable remarks against their leader. He alleged that the ruling BJP was playing dirty politics in the country. He said that the BJP was not taking any action against their party leader for his false comments against an honest leader like Rahul Gandhi . TPCC Vice President Mallu Ravi said that the BJP should take action against Subramanian Swamy for his comments. Youth congress leader Anil Kumar Yadav mocked that Subramanian Swamy who tried to tie knot to a bride by mistake was making comments against their leader. He warned that they would stop Subramanian Swamy from moving across the country.(NSS)
