Congress leaders except Uttam, Jana ready to join TRS, Cong can’t win even 20 seats: KTR

Hyderabad: MA&UD and IT Minister KT Rama Rao today said all the Congress leaders in Telangana except TPCC Chief N Utham Kumar Reddy and CLP Leader K Jana Reddy are ready to join the TRS party. KTR ridiculed the Congress party for making ridiculous comments of coming back to power and rhetoric against the State government.

In an informal chat with mediapersons at Nizamabad, the Minister accused TPCC Chief N Utham Kumar Reddy and CLP Leader K Jana Reddy of indulging in false criticism of corruption. He rubbished Utham’s comment that the Congress would come to power by winning 75 Assembly seats in the State. The Congress, he said, will not win even 20 seats in the State as the people are aware of 186 cases moved against the projects and stalling growth. The Congress leaders in the State take permission from their high command even to go to toilet, he ridiculed.

AICC Chief Rahul Gandhi, who failed to win even a local seat in municipal elections in Amethi, can do nothing in Telangana during his forthcoming visit. He also alleged that the Congress leadership turned foolish as its mouthpiece “National Herald” has written an article on Rafale controversy as another Bofors case!

KTR took a dig at the TDP for its unsuccessful no-trust motion in Parliament against the BJP Government only to befriend the Congress party, its arch rival. The TRS will fight with the Centre to keep the promises of bifurcation, he said, adding that it will wage a boisterous revolution and not a silent revolution.

The IT Minister alleged that the Congress had looted the country and its people by corruption in every program be it on earth like coal to sky (flights deal), he said. While the Congress regime had created fluoride problem in Nalgonda and nearby areas, the TRS Government was going to give safe drinking waters to every household through Mission Bhagiratha. “Our commitment speaks volumes about projects and lakes with abundant waters in Palamur district”, he claimed.
