Congress party leaders from the state today lodged a complaint with the returning officer of the state legislative council against the ruling TRS party candidate Venkatrami Reddy.
In their complaint, the leaders have alleged that Reddy was facing a lot of allegations. They also alleged that Reddy had committed several irregularities when he was an IAS officer.
Revealing more details while speaking to media persons, TPCC president A. Revanth Reddy alleged that the officials of the state government were behaving in an irresponsible manner.
He demanded the officials to keep the nomination papers of the MLC candidates online while stating that the papers were not kept online. He alleged that the officials were hiding the details of the cases pending against the TRS party candidates.

He also alleged that the entire electron process was going on under the control of the TRS party leaders. He claimed that the officials were not responding to the objections raised by them. He said that they would lodge a complaint against the state government officials with the election commission of India.
Revanth said that no service rules were followed in the case of Venkatrami Reddy. He said that the resignation of Reddy should be accepted only after the conclusion of an inquiry in Venkatrami Reddy’s case.
He said that the former IAS officer has six cases pending against him and added that he was imposed with a fine in one case. He said that they came to know about the statement of Venkatrami Reddy that he did not have any case pending against him.
