Congress MLA from Sangareddy Jayaprakash Reddy popularly known as Jagga Reddy today said he would hold a big public meeting with one lakh people in his constituency on March 21.
He also said the meeting would be held at the Ambedkar stadium, where he held his party’s national leader Rahul Gandhi’s public meeting.
Addressing a meeting of his followers and supporters, Jagga Reddy discussed his future course of action with his supporters on the occasion. He made it clear that he would continue in the Congress party until he met with Rahul Gandhi. He said he would not resign from the party until then. He also said he would make an announcement about his future at his public meeting. He said he would act as an Independent MLA if he did not receive a response from Rahul Gandhi.

Jagga Reddy said all his predictions before the formation of the Telangana State became realities after its formation. He reminded his supporters that he had predicted the political loss of the Congress party in Andhra Pradesh and the Telangana States after the bifurcation of the erstwhile State and added that his projections had turned out to be true. He also said the Congress party was sustaining losses due to the attitude of some of the politicians of the State.
