Congress Suffering from Lack of Leadership—Dr Laxman

Hyderabad: Dr. Laxman, BJP state  Unit president,  said that the Congress party is  suffering  from lack of  Leadership.

Addressing the media, along with the BJP senior  leaders, he   said that  the  TPCC should understand  the  situation of the party. Lakshman said that  the Congress party did not have  a national sense. The BJP found  a permanent solution to the  Kashmir issue, in a   daring and dynamic way, by abrogating Article    370, 35-A.  He   said  that  Congress party does not have a decision-making ability and the  Congress leaders in Parliament Sonia Gandhi and Rahul Gandhi are not talking about the international issue.  Congress legal cell  appreciated  the   dynamic decision taken by the BJP Government.  He challenged the TPCC President Uttam Kumar Reddy for a  debate on Article 370.  Congress is opposing the Kashmir decision, though  the whole country is welcoming the  BJP’s  decision . Sheikh Abdullah and  Nehru made a dark deal in  those days, as a result of which  Kashmir remained  backward till  today

 Said that G.Venkata Swamy  son G.Vivek  Having  Long political experience   Came to our party  ..  His Father worked with Gandhi family  Four generations Nehru, Rajiv Gandhi, Indira Gandhi Uttam Kumar Reddy held talks with Vivek Venkata Swamy for an hour but VIvek  declines to Associate with the Congress Party .

Lakshman revealed that Vivek Venkataswamy came to him and told him  that he doesn’t want to  meet neither congress party chief  nor  TRS Party leader. During their discussion, Vivek told  him ( Lakshman) that  TRS has misused the public money and  misusing the Government systems and that is why they   have joined  the BJP.  He expressed his happiness over  Vivek joining  BJP and added it  is a good evolution and strength to the Party and Peddapalli Parliament segment and also in Dalit community .

He reiterates that the BJP is the  only  alternative to the   TRS.  He cited few examples of exodus to their Party– DK Aruna, Sudhakar Reddy, Vijaya Rama Rao who  joined their party after leaving  the  Congress Party.

He sarcastically said Gandhi Bhavan is  in ‘To let’ condition, and   suggested to the  State congress Party to arrange    ‘for sale’ board to Gandhi Bhavan.

He explained that  farmers were facing severe drought conditions. The state was pushed into  bankrupt condition.

Amit Shah to Visit City

Dr Laxman said that he met with  Amit Shah, party President, and invited him for  September 17–  Emancipation Day.  Shah is  likely to come Hyderabad for attending  the September 17 Programme, he said  and also criticized that  TRS is indirectly supporting  the   Majlis Party.

Lakshman said that Amit Shah is  interested to take    party primary  membership  at Hyderabad On sep 17.  BJP Executive  President JP Nadda is  coming to Hyderabad on   August 18. He said entire TDP cadre in Telangana State will be Joining  the BJP.   As of now, they have  reached 10 lakh Membership. He expressed  confidence  that they  are going to  reach 18 lakh Membership  by August 25.(NSS)
