Hyderabad: Police have arrested a Corona baba famed godman from Hafeezpet of Miyapur in Hyderabad who has cheating several gullible people in the guise of treatment of Corona Virus in the tested time of the epidemic. He has caught the attention to the people of the area with the publicity of his disciples that he is an expert of medication of the deadly virus.
The Miyapur police have arrested Corona baba alias Ismail Baba by raiding his den last night. Ismail had preached with his disciples that he has supernatural powers and can treat the people who have tested positive with covid19. He was charged up to Rs 12,000 per patient. Police said that he was deceiving innocent people into believing him. The godman also tried to believe the people who came for the treatment that there is no necessary to wear the mask. Police pointed out that he is doing these acts from March of this year. The Police advised the people to visit the hospital if they have the symptoms of Covid 19 but not to believe in these types of godman who has been cheating them.
