With Hyderabad’s property registrations touching ₹4,300 crore in May 2025, marking a 14% increase over the previous year, the Confederation of Real Estate Developers’ Associations of India (CREDAI) Hyderabad has announced its much-awaited Hyderabad Property Show 2025. The event will be held from August 15 to 17 at the Hitex Exhibition Centre, promising a wide range of residential options and investment opportunities.
This year’s event is themed “Choice is Yours”, with a strong emphasis on empowering homebuyers by showcasing diverse housing options tailored to every budget and lifestyle—from affordable housing to premium and luxury projects.
The three-day show will host 70 stalls featuring more than 300 RERA-approved projects by CREDAI member developers. These projects span a wide spectrum of residential segments, including apartments, villas, gated communities, and plotted developments.

A new highlight of the 2025 edition will be a special Arts & Crafts section, dedicated to promoting Telangana’s rich cultural heritage, allowing attendees to engage with local artisans and their creations.
Speaking at a press conference on Thursday, CREDAI Hyderabad President N Jaideep Reddy stated,
“Hyderabad’s real estate market is on a strong growth path. With rising demand, increasing investor confidence, and a rapidly growing job market, the city is poised for continued expansion.”
He emphasized that Hyderabad is expected to add 200 million square feet of office space by 2030, indicating robust commercial growth that complements residential development. Reddy also highlighted the impact of recent budgetary announcements, including Metro expansion and elevated corridors, which are set to boost citywide infrastructure.
“As construction begins this year, we’ll see faster travel, better living conditions, and increased property values,” he added.
Reddy further pointed to the RBI’s recent repo rate cut, stating that lower home loan rates make this the ideal time to invest in property, especially as prices are anticipated to rise.
Investment Hotspot Despite Global Uncertainty
CREDAI Hyderabad President-Elect B Jagannath Rao echoed these sentiments, noting that Hyderabad continues to attract massive investments across sectors such as IT, pharmaceuticals, electric vehicles (EVs), and defense.
“Even during global uncertainties, Hyderabad has maintained its reputation as a preferred destination for both businesses and homebuyers,” Rao said. “The overall market sentiment is very positive—it’s an ideal time to invest in real estate here.”
CREDAI Hyderabad reassured prospective buyers that all projects showcased at the event are RERA-approved, ensuring transparency, legal compliance, and ethical practices in home buying.
The Hyderabad Property Show 2025 is expected to attract thousands of visitors including first-time homebuyers, investors, NRIs, and real estate professionals. With the theme “Choice is Yours”, the event positions itself as a comprehensive, trustworthy platform for anyone looking to buy a home or explore investment opportunities in one of India’s fastest-growing real estate markets.
