Hyderabad: TPCC general secretary Vinod Reddy said that it was not proper to former Minister and former Congress leader Danam Nagender to criticise the AICC Chief Rahul Gandhi after enjoying several positions in the Congress party. He alleged that Danam changed his loyalties for his selfish interests and land transactions.
Speaking to the media here on Thursday at Gandhi Bhavan along with PCC secretary Madhukar Yadav, Vinod Reddy said that every piece of food eaten by Danam Nagender belongs to Congress party only. He asked Danam to tell whether he had erected flexes to Rahul Gandhi’s visit to state or not. It was not new to Nagender to extend support to the party that was in power.
Madhukar alleged that Danam never cared party activists when he was in the party. He suggested Danam to speak after knowing his position. He alleged that Danam was speaking as he wished out of jealousy as Rahul’s tour has become a big success. Questioning Nagender to tell whether he did anything to the people of Khairathabad constituency, Madhukar pointed out that Danam didn’t participate in Sircilla bus yatra afraid of IT Minister KT Ramarao. He alleged that Danam continued in the party as covert of the TRS party and made it clear that Danam will not get deposit wherever he may contest in Hyderabad city. (NSS)
