Nizamabad: Caretaker Finance Minister Etala Rajender and MP Kavitha today exhorted the people of Nizamabad to vote for TRS in all the seats and gift them to TRS supremo K Chandrashekhar Rao in the ensuing elections.
Addressing the media here today, Rajender asked the people to see that the pink flag flutters by winning the elections after the polls. Telangana is the only State in the country giving Rs 5 lakh farm insurance and the farmers are needless to roam around the banks for loans besides giving Rs 4,000 per acre towards crop investment, he claimed. The Congress should tell whether the four and half year TRS rule has developed the State to much extent or not.
The Congress is deliberately trying to malign the image of the TRS which the people are not ready to believe, he averred. If the Congress is voted to power again the people will face the problems related to feudal rule and suppression he alleged. Rajender also predicted that the people should be wary of the Congress and TDP coming together to take on the TRS. People have to remain careful as there will be no progress in the State if the Congress was voted to power and its leaders will swindle funds.
They said the Mission Kakatiya, Mission Bhagiratha and other schemes and irrigation projects in Nizamabad segment will banish drought permanently. Kavithat appealed to the people to defeat the Ccongress divisive politics in the future elections. The TRS boss has launched several schemes for poor’s welfare and gave financial assistance towards marriage through Kalyana Lakshmi and Shadi Mubarak and gave pensions to single women, she said. The people have to teach the Congress and its allies a fitting lesson and give fresh mandate to the ruling party, she said. (NSS)
