He further informed that the national inflation rate for food prices was 5.7 percent and in Delhi, the rate was only 3.9 percent which was the lowest in the country.

Talking to the media, he further said that Delhi is more affordable to live in as compared to the other cities and the food prices are the lowest. He said that the Kejriwal-led government has ‘efficiently managed” to keep the lowest inflation rate amongst the five metro cities.
He said that the Delhi government continuously makes efforts to keep a check and control the prices of commodities through market interventions.
