Developmental Works Worth Rs 4.06 Crore Initiated by Telangana Education Minister

Hyderabad: Sabitha Indra Reddy, Telangana’s Education Minister, and Talasani Srinivas Yadav, Telangana’s Minister for Animal Husbandry, inaugurated development projects worth Rs 4.06 crore at Sanath Nagar and Bansilalpet.

These measures, announced as part of the “Mana Basti-Mana Badi” program, include the opening of three freshly constructed additional classrooms, which cost Rs 25 lakh from MLC funding and Rs 7.70 lakh from ACDP money. In addition, plans for the construction of 16 new classrooms in Bansilalpet, estimated at Rs 1.84 crore, are in the works.

The Education Minister also announced that two schools in the region will be developed with a Rs 6 crore budget.During her statement at the event, the Education Minister stated that the Mekalamandi Government School would be promoted to a high school beginning with the next academic year.

She stressed the government’s commitment to providing necessary infrastructure at public schools in order to ensure that many impoverished children obtain a quality education. Parents were urged to attend parent-teacher conferences as part of this initiative.

Furthermore, the minister stated that since the inception of the state of Telangana, government schools have provided nutritious meals with quality rice grains, as well as ragi java offered as breakfast three days a week.
