An ongoing clash between Congress and AIMIM party workers has created mild tension at Shaheennagar in Jalpally municipality. An official of the local Congress party, Shaik Yousuf Quadri, went on to inspect the flooded Nabil Colony and interacted with the residents, according to local reports.

Revanth Reddy accuses TRS of harassing Congress leaders who want to join the party
In a statement on Tuesday, A Revanth Reddy, chief of the Telangana Pradesh Congress Committee, claimed that the TRS party harasses leaders who are joining or planning to join the Congress party following their defection from the ruling party. Revanth Reddy, along with CLP leader Mallu Bhatti Vikramarka, told media members that he met with AICC general secretary K C Venugopal to discuss the party’s internal affairs.
