The self-murder case of Raj Kumar Dubey, the personal driver of Lalitpur, has taken a sudden turn after a video became viral on the internet wherein the casualty revealed that he was demanded to pay Rs 20 lakh to UP Minister Mannu Kori, in return of sparing himself from a sex racket case.
