In Delhi, thousands of worshippers gathered at the historic Jama Masjid to offer special prayers and celebrate the festival. A devotee expressed his hopes for peace and national prosperity, stating, “This is the most important festival for Muslims. Today, we prayed for the progress of our country and the strengthening of our brotherhood. We also prayed for Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s good health and long life.”

A foreign student, who also joined the prayers at Jama Masjid, described the experience as unforgettable. “Jama Masjid is an incredible place. I met many people here, and we all prayed together. It is one of the biggest mosques in India,” he said.
