Sangareddy: Former deputy chief minister and Congress leader Damodara Raja Narasimha has stressed the need for responsible governance in the State to protect the Telangana society. He demanded that the TRS leaders explain why they abolished the government nine months before the scheduled time even though the people gave power to TRS party to rule the State for five years.
Speaking to the media here on Sunday, Damodara alleged that the TRS government has failed to fulfill its assurances given before the elections. Damodara also informed that the Congress was preparing peoples’ manifesto, which was acceptable to all sections of the people. He said they will conduct mega DSC immediately after coming to power. He made it clear that they will give top priority to Education and Health sectors in their manifesto. (NSS)
