Former AP Minister Bhuma Akhila Priya Lodges Complaint Against Bowenpally Police

Former State Minister of Bhima Akhila Priya today lodged a complaint with Bowenpally police at KPHB police station.

In her complaint, she alleged that around ten police men from the Bowenpally police trespassed into her house on July 6 of the last month.

She also alleged that the police had not served any search warrant on her to enter her house. She said that she had the CC footage of the illegal entry of the police. Akhila Priya also handed over the video footage of the same to the KPHB police. However, the Bowenpally police claimed that they had entered the house only after taking permission from the former minister.

They said that they went to the house to bring the husband of the minister Bhargav Ram to the police station in connection with a case.

They alleged that Bhargav Ram was evading them by showing a fake Covid positive certificate. They alleged that the accused did not respond to their two notices to appear before them.

They said that Bhargav Ram escaped from his house by the time they reached their flat. The KPHB police have not yet taken any decision on the registration of the case so far.
