Karimnagar: A police constable identified as Thirupati was killed on the spot in a road accident near Kurikyal village under Gangadhara mandal in the district today.
The tragedy occurred when his bike was hit by a lorry on a bridge near Kurikyal village. Thirupati died on the spot and his body was cut into two pieces. His bike caught fire after accident. Thirpati, who was attached with Gangadhara police station, was on his way to attend his duties in the police station. (NSS)
