Hyderabad: The GHMC has taken up Road Restoration works on a war-footing as the roads were damaged due to continuous rainfall since a few days. The footpaths in CC & white topping works have been sanctioned under Periodical Preventive Maintenance to repair roads at a cost of Rs 916.78 lakh in Uppal, Santoshnagar, Falaknuma, Jubilee Hills, Yousufguda, Qutbullapur, Secunderabad, Begumpet circles and the works will be completed by October 31.
