Telangana Municipal and IT Minister KT Rama Rao today criticized the Centre failing to give National status to the Palamur Ranga Reddy lift project in Telangana.
He inaugurated a double bedroom housing facility at Kodgal village in Jadcherla segment with the minister Srinivas Goud, MLA Lakshma Reddy, and others. On this occasion, KT Rama Rao demanded that the BJP Government should avoid partisan attitudes and give national status to the Palamur-RR project. The center gave national status to projects in AP, Karnataka, funds, and projects to other states and denying the same to Telangana, he expressed concern.
He said that the BJP Government has been denying any support to irrigation projects. With multiple schemes KCR Government is developing the villages like never before, he claimed. We have been appealing to the Modi Government to give us more funds, projects, and institutions and no avail.

He also said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi coming to Muchintal should get a dream to see Samatha Murthy see all the states equally. The TRS Government has built the Kaleshwaram project, addressing decades-long fluorosis problems in Nalgonda district, the minister claimed.
Successive governments failed to give us projects and no steps were taken to address fluorosis and migration problems. Mahabub Nagar is seeing a reverse migration with more facilities through new schemes in villages. Villages and municipalities are getting more funds regularly for facelift with more facilities.
