Globarena & Magnetic Infotech got tenders when KTR was IT Minister: Revanth

Hyderabad: TPCC Working President A. Revanth Reddy on Tuesday launched a scathing attack against TRS working president KT Ramarao and alleged that the tender related to the Intermediate Board was handed over to Globarena company and Magnetic Infotech when KTR was IT minister in the State. He also alleged that the owner of the Magnetic Infotech Vijaya Rao was the uncle of KTR’s classmate Pradyumna. He asked KTR as to why all government tenders, which used to be given to the government-owned Center for Good Governance were handed over private firms during his term as IT minister.

Addressing mediapersons at Gandhi Bhavan, Revanth Reddy said no scam took place in government examinations when they were being held by the CGG. He alleged that the scams began to take place in the government recruitment and question papers pertaining to EAMCET and Singareni examination papers were leaked out after handing over the contracts to Magnetic Infotech in 2016 when KTR was IT minister.

Revanth Reddy also said two prime accused in the EAMCET question leakage case died under suspicious circumstances leading to the closure of the case. He demanded that Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao explain as to why he did not take action against the Magnetic Infotech company after completion of the CB-CID inquiry four year back. He also said the owners of Magnetic Infotech and Globarena company were one and the same and added that the authorities of Board of Secondary Education and Board of Intermediate Education had kept the Globarena in black list.
