Governor Dr. Tamilisai Soundararajan and Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao will attend the closing ceremony of former Prime Minister, PV Narsimha Rao Centenary celebrations will be held on June 28
This was informed by the celebrations Committee chairman and TRS MP, K Keshava Rao. He held an official meeting with Chief Secretary Somesh Kumar and other officials at BRKR Bhavan here.
Keshava Rao has disclosed that the governor and the CM would be attending the celebrations. The arrangements to be made for the successful conduct of the event, he said. KK Rao discussed with the officials concerned on required steps for grand conduct of the event at Necklace Road.

The state government has recently taken a decision to rename necklace road as PV Narsimha Rao Marg.
On June 28 the Government will unveil a 16 ft tall statue of PV Narsimha Rao at the site on the occasion. The chairman has instructed officials concerned to make necessary arrangements for the grand event following Corona protocols.
The state government is conducting year-long birth centenary celebrations of PV Narsimha Rao which will end on June 28. The government has planned the event amid Corona protocols.
