DHFL, one of India’s leading housing finance companies, will be organising a property-cum-finance exhibition here, from June 9 to 10 in Hyderabad.
Most of the housing units will be covered under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (PMAY), which will provide an interest subsidy benefit of up to Rs 2.67 lakhs for first home buyers, provided the customer fulfils the eligibility criteria for the home loan, the release said.
Over 100 affordable housing units starting Rs 20 lakhs onwards would be available at the Utsav organising a noble initiative towards realising the government’s vision of ‘Housing for All by 2022,’ the finance company said in a statement.
”We are expecting over 25 per cent growth in home loan disbursements from Telangana and 30 per cent growth in home loan disbursements from Hyderabad alone”.
The DHFL Griha Utsav in Hyderabad will not only offer competitive interest rates, but also offer customers spot sanctions on their home loan and attractive discounts on processing fees.
The company’s Asset Under Management (AUM) grew 33 per to Rs. 1,11,086 crore for the year ended March 31.
