Hyderabad : Telangana Governor ESL Narasimhan and Vimala Narasimhan today felicitated PV Sindhu on her commendable achievement of World Badminton Championship. The Governor addressed a brief program at Darbar Hall in Raj Bhavan attended by Badminton Guru Pullela Gopichand and Sindhu.
He appreciated the badminton champ for bringing laurels to India and Telangana. The Governor hoped that Sindhu will achieve more such awards to the nation and make it feel proud. He also felicitated para shuttler Manasi Joshi on the occasion.
Tourism Minister V Srinivas Goud, family members of Sindhu and noted sportsmen were present in the meeting. (NSS)
