Hyderabad: Governor E.S.L. Narasimhan today visited his alma mater Little Flower High School at Chirag Ali Lane here on Tuesday.
The Governor responded to a letter written by Sanjana Pershad, a Class IX student of the Little Flower High School, requesting him to visit the school and address the students. Sanjana Pershad sought the presence of the Governor at the school on the occasion of a theme event organised by the school every year and this year the theme was “attitude of Gratitude’. As part of this exercise, the school expressed its gratitude to God, grandparents, Mont fort Brothers. On July 31, her class decided to organise the event with the theme “Thank you – Honourable Governor”.
The Governor enthralled the students by his presence at the school and responded to their queries in a freewheeling conversation. When a student asked the Governor which of the two Telugu States was dear to him, the Governor in turn asked the student which of his two eyes was dear to him. The student said both the eyes. The, the Governor said you got the answer. Governor E.S.L. Narasimhan had his initial schooling during 1954-55 academic year at the Little Flower High School here. (NSS)
