Siddipet: Irrigation Minister T Harish Rao has demanded that the Centre give all the subsidies mentioned in the Andhra Pradesh Reorganization Act of 2014 Division Act if the latter accords special category status to Andhra Pradesh State.
Speaking to the media here on Sunday, Harish Rao said the State’s monumental development was the right answer to those who asked what will happen if separateTelangana State was formed. He said the works of irrigation projects were going on speedily and BC Residential Schools were sanctioned to every constituency. He also said the State government was contemplating to establish BC Residential Schools in every mandal.
The aim of the TRS government was to make the farmer the king and so that the government was extending Rs 8,000 per acre per year. He said all the Opposition parties were uniting to face the TRS party as they have no strength to face it individually. (NSS)
