Minister for Finance T Harish Rao has hailed the philanthropic services of Hare Krishna Foundation, saying that it is indeed a mammoth task for providing a free meal to about 65,000 people per day in Telangana.
Minister Harish Rao laid a foundation stone for the construction of a Cultural Center belonging to the Hare Krishna Foundation at Kandi in Sangareddy district on Sunday.
Speaking on the occasion, Harish Rao said the Foundation has been doing many philonthropic works for over the years aimed at the development of society and it’s services were being extended to all sections of people without showing any descrimination.
Harish Rao said it was not an easy task for providing meals to thousands of people every day and it could be possible only with the selfless dedication and service moto of the Foundation.

The Minister assured that the State government would always ready to help the Foundation for carrying out its service activities in the days to come.
Lok Sabha Member Kotha Prabhakar Reddy, former MLA Chinta Prabhakar, Telangana and Andhra Pradesh States regional president of Hare Krishna Foundation Satya Gouradas and others were present.
