Telangana State government today began a “door-to-door Fever Survey” to check the corona cases and virus spread across the state including Hyderabad and other districts. Teams of the health department visit the homes and residences of people in the villages towns and cities to conduct the fever survey.
The government began the fever survey on a mission mode to check the virus spread as corona cases keep rising, The move is aimed at checking the corona cases and infections in the state and the health teams are on the job. The health workers are conducting the tests and offering medical kits for people with symptoms. The officials instructed them to help the people to visit the hospitals if they have severe symptoms. They also directed them to give medical kits for mild symptoms for five days for home isolation.
Health Minister T Harish Rao directed the collectors and health officials to conduct fever surveys and ensure the cases come down by offering them medical kits. The minister already directed them to provide the people with medical kits and shift them to hospitals if they have more serious symptoms.

Accordingly, the health teams are formed in the districts spreading to villages and conducting the fever survey. They submit a report to the health officials and collectors to report to the government on the total fever cases and medical kits being offered, according to information. The cases are to see a rise for about three weeks and the government is cautious to bring them down. It is said that the corona cases and infections will come down and see a further dip in March after a surge in January and February according to some medical research reports.
The minister asked the people to avoid fear, worry about the cases as the severity is less. The government kept 2 crores of testing kits and one crore of home isolation kits ready for the people to bring down the cases. As per directions from Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao, the health ministry and the officials concerned are monitoring the situation to check the rising cases. Now the government conducts a Fever Survey and offers Medical kits.
