Hyderabad: Light to moderate rainfall activity was observed over many parts of Telangana. In fact, Bhadrachalam recorded very heavy rain to the tune of 71 mm.
Khammam recorded 28 mm of rain, followed by Rentachintala 18 mm, Hanamkonda 9 mm and Hyderabad 4 mm.
Southwest Monsoon has been active in Telangana, Coastal Andhra Pradesh, while it is weak in Rayalaseema. Under its influence, heavy to very heavy rain is likely to occur at isolated places in the districts of Adilabad, Komaram Bheem, Nirmal, Mancherial, Nizamabad, Jagtial, Peddapalli, Karimnagar, Warangal, Jayashankar Bhupalapally, Mahabubabad, Bhadradri Kothagudem, Khammam, Kamareddy, Medak, Siddipet, Rajanna Siricilla, Janagam, Suryapet, Yadadri and Nalgonda of Telangana during the next three days, Meteorological Department warned in a bulletin here on Sunday.
Light to moderate rain or thundershowers is likely to occur at most places or at many places in Telangana, Coastal Andhra Pradesh and at isolated places in Rayalaseema during the next five days.
