Guntur: The high court of the State once again rejects the bail petition of jailed TDP MLA and former minister K.Atchanaidu today. He was arrested by the state police in a multi-crore ESI scam.
He was facing charges of committing irregularities in the ESI when he was the minister of the department. He is now undergoing treatment at a private hospital in Guntur.
The bail petitions of Atchanaidu were dismissed by an ACB court in the past. The ACB officials also booked cases against one Ramesh Kumar, the PA of former minister Pitani Satyanarayana and Subbarao.
