High Court Stays HCA Ombudsman’s Orders in Apex Council Abolition

The Telangana High Court today stayed the orders of the ombudsman of Hyderabad Cricket Council (HCA) suspending the existing apex council of the association.

It said that it was staying the orders as there was clarity over the person appointed as the ombudsman.

The HC has also stayed the orders issued by former president of the association and former Indian cricketer Md Azharuddin appointing the persons of his choice as the members of the association.
